Pros

The apartments are very spacious, located near many subways.

Cons

The building has a ton of issues. The heat didn’t work during most of December, then when they fixed it ran full steam 24/7 making the apartment 80ish degrees most of the time. Every sink/shower fixture leaks and was never fixed, leading to mold in the shower and sinks. One window in my apartment was broken at the time of move in and never fixed. The floors in the living room sank down about 2-3 inches over the course of my year there to the point where it started to crack. The building has constant pests (cockroaches, mice, etc) with no response. The super is very unresponsive and unhelpful.

Advice to the owners

Invest in actually fixing the building and it’s fixtures, hire a more helpful/supportive team. I couldn’t get a response from my super for any of my requests until I’d email the management team.
