Pros:
Updated kitchen. Priscilla is great. Neighbors have been there a while so very friendly. Feels like a community.
Know the law: if they do not return your SD in 14 days, you get a full refund.
Cons:
Constant construction in first floor for commercial tenants that never move in and are never done working.
The club in the side of the building is ridiculously loud at night, every night.
ZERO AMENITIES. you get nothing but the bare minimum and very little space. Bathroom is TINY. Zero control of heat and no AC unless you have a unit in the window.
