Awesome building and owner/manager

Quiet, convenient, great garbage control
Cons:
Only negative…..hot water a bit sluggish.

Too expensive for mice and roaches

Location is convenient and great
Cons:
In the 2 years I was here there were issues with mice and roaches, as well as water damage to the ceiling from the apartment above which took way too long to get fixed The building super was also difficult to reach and respond.
Advice to owner:
Update the apartments to make them feel worth what they are renting for, and to ensure a sound perimeter that pests cannot infiltrate.
