Beautiful building, not great managment

Pros:
-view -most neighbors are cool, newer ones are not pleasant and will not communicate
Cons:
-rats and mice everywhere downstairs and sometimes in upstairs units -trash isn’t picked up everyday -super isn’t accessible

Pros:
Building was well priced and interiors of the apartment were newly renovated.
Cons:
Trash was at the entrance and was not collected on weekends so the entrance would often smell. Landlord was unwilling to be flexible on lease terms during Covid and was very aggressive on this front.
