Building does not provide pest control

Pros:
Location is great - less than 10 minutes walk to grand central as well as m15 bus down 2nd Feels like a safe area Doormen provides security to the building
Cons:
Management handles pest control issues poorly & gaslights tenants- blaming it on opening windows when we can prove that they are coming from the kitchen/ behind appliances Moved in here in December & we have caught 10+ mice. Management only will make temporary fixes that are not sustainable.
Advice to owner:
Provide proper pest control to your tenants or else further action will be taken

Historic building with lots to love

Historic Well maintained as a building Good amenities 24/7 doormen Quiet and beautiful neighborhood
Cons:
Super and management not the most responsive Had roof leaks Roach problem (but exterminator comes monthly)
