    Pretty well maintained, friendly doorman, lovely park right in front
    Cons:
    Some co-op restrictions can be frustrating at times (ex: building has limitations on which types of AC units are allowed)

    Location, parks nearby, easy to get a cab

    Tons of noise from upstairs and downstairs neighbors.

    Please enforce the rug and building noise requirements
