Overall OK; pest control needs to get under control

Doormen are great, sizable studios and lots of space

Cons

Maintenance and pest control. Had a full mice infestation and building did nothing about it aside from sticky traps and said good luck. I enjoyed my time here but the lack of assistance left a bad taste in my mouth. They filled one hole from the wall but it took about a 3 week period to resolve. Building is a bit Dated, but it’s what you should expect from an old building

Yes every year! A large increase. The monthly rent increased 150-500 dollars per year. No room for negotiations even though we stayed here for several years and paid timely.
