Pros:
Loved how quiet the apartments are and how responsive and helpful the super is. Doormen are also very kind. Great apartment views as well

Location is a little far from subway, not the buildings fault though

The staff was very friendly and know you by name. Overall it was a great place to live and enjoyed my experience there.
Cons:
The building appliances and common areas were outdated. However they were going through recent renovations therefore may have made updates to the unit where I was staying.
