Old but well maintained building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Live in super is very friendly and responsive. Haven't seen any pests. Heating's great during winter.
Cons:
The floors are very creaky and you can sometimes hear your neighbors from the ventilation (but our neighbors have been great). Hot water takes a long time to heat up.

Quiet place with great super
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is great - elevator building with laundry.
Cons:
There was a slight pest control issue with roaches. The exterminator came promptly.

Great building in midtown!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Live in super is a very kind man who really cares for the building and is willing to fix anything you need quickly (via texting him). Elevator. Neighbors are nice. Location is good for working in midtown.
Cons:
Could be closer to subway stops (it’s about 0.5 miles to Lex/53rd I believe). Building is old so floors creak a bit. No doorman.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work!
