Beware the nightmare nightclub

Location, size, renovations, utilities
Cons:
Nightclub is a nightmare pumping insanely loud bass all night long every single day. Causes the entire building and my furniture to vibrate violently like a volcano is erupting nearby. Also, smoke from the commercial kitchen pollutes the entire building.
