Pros
The owner of the building was pretty quick to fix things when pointed out. Sadly, the owner of my apartment was not the same. They were very cheap and wouldn't fix things properly like our broken washer/dryer. There is a reason that unit is constantly up for rent. It is very close to restaurants, coffee, grocery!
Cons
We had a neighbor open up our hello fresh order and take out some veggies. The location in midtown east means you will hear some sirens and noise at nights and weekends. There are a good amount of mice outside as well.
