Not bad for a first apartment

Pros:
- maintenance within the apartment is always ongoing so the apartment building is typically very clean
- the super is very quick to respond to any ticket requests that are put in
- noise levels are great/good mix of elderly adults who’ve lived here for years and younger adults
- elevator is always working
Cons:
- this isn’t much I don’t like
- wish there was better management of mail but that’s tenant focused
