Scratch the surface
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location very nice doormen
Cons:
My electric bill is ridiculously high. I am currently trying to work with ConEd to figure out why and my best guess is that the built in heat/AC units are ancient and inefficient. I can’t figure out why a tiny apartment would have a 200+ electric bill. Also no amenities. The gym is small and windowless and they charge to use it.
