A really great building with some very minor issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, the staff is great- doormen are super nice, the maintenance team and the super are very responsive and professional. My apartment is in great condition. The building has 2 elevators for 19 floors, and they work pretty well.
Cons:
Really bad water pressure. Heating is very loud when it turns on and off. It’s on 2nd ave, so the street is very noisy, but the insulation is pretty good on most windows
Advice to owner:
Fix the water pressure

Good building overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
Some very nice doormen. Packages were received and handled well considering they have a very small room for them. Convenient location for midtown workers, near great restaurants too
Cons:
Superintendent and some doormen were inattentive. Very small gym. Only two elevators, and can only move in/out on weekdays between working hours.
Advice to owner:
Become more tenant friendly
