Building is in a great location But not good living conditions
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is situated in a great spot in Turtle Bay. The neighborhood has everything you could need and is very conveniently located next to two subway stations. On a quiet tree lined street.
Cons:
If you are a renter and not on the co-op you have no idea what is happening in the building and can't get any help. For months now, someone stopped cleaning the building, taking the trash out and left the basement disgusting. Now there is a roach infestation and if you are not on the co-op, you can't voice for any help. I have no idea who cleans the building anymore, there was dead roaches left in the hallway piling up for over a week.

Poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location— residential and quiet but a short walk to shops and dinning
Cons:
Super is a jerk, management will not fix repairs and rob your money. You even have to pay to use their laundry machines. Save yourself the headache and find another apartment with better management
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants better
