Super is Inept
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized units, good location/neighborhood. Prewar building so soundproofing is good.
Cons:
There is barely any pest control, roaches and mice in the walls and unresponsive and accusatory super. Any fixes that need to be done are better off handled yourself rather than relying on the unresponsive property managers to take care of. Worth it when rent was lower but an absolute scam currently (2,500$ monthly) which is evident by the consistent turn-around of new tenets yearly.
