Good space but not bank-breaking
Former Tenant

Beautiful high ceilings and big rooms
Cons:
Super not very on top of requests

No major issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
A safe and convenient neighborhood. With the newly opened tradersjoe’s on 59th. location is even better.
Cons:
Elevator is old and creepy at times. Pest control is needed, encountered roaches and mice. Laundry is downstairs but not enough as 2 buildings share 3 machines in total.
Advice to owner:
We believe there are some neighbors renting apts via airbnb. Which we believe is illegal in NYC. Those neighbors are irresponsible, noisy and disharmonizing what’s already existing…

Awesome building, best super in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is great, neighbors are kind, building is very well maintained, and apartment is updated and beautiful! It is also on a very peaceful street and close to everything you will need!
Cons:
Cannot think of any!

Decent building with some issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, elevator, nice apartments, super fixed things quickly, allowed for full flex wall
Cons:
While I lived there, buzzer didn’t work for both main doors so I had to physically go down every day to let people in. Building was a bit outdated. Listing said part time doorman but I saw him maybe 5 times in my 2 years living there
Advice to owner:
Fix the buzzer, accurately represent doorman
