- Nice, quiet, and clean street - Responsive super - Clean lobby, laundry, and other common spaces

- Part-time doorman hours

- Very nice doormen - Extremely responsive and helpful super & handyman - Package room - Safety - Great building staff
Cons:
- The washing machines are always in use, or 1 of the 5 is frequently OOO - Not my favorite working with Stellar Management

Post midnight key card access. Not convenient. Better if key fab that could be attached to actual keys
