Cute studio, bad management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very quiet, apartments are all pretty well sunlit, spacious apartments,
Cons:
Super was very non responsive and argumentative, cockroach and mice sightings (monthly extermination visits have helped), GPG management is horrible and disorganized 0/10 would not recommend, insanely high re-signing rent prices (25% increase first year, 27% increase second year) walk up building, no dishwasher or laundry in building, hallways were rarely cleaned, delivery access problems,
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and transparent with your tenants, take better maintenance of the building itself, have a more organized office

Run away from this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is in Manhattan
Cons:
There was a very serious mouse problem in the building and the Super did nothing about it. There was always garbage overflowing in the hallways and I think the common areas (hallways, front entrance) were mopped two times in the year I lived there.
Advice to owner:
Clean up the building and fire the super.

Not great, not bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Responsive super - Decent sized studio for price - close proximity to grocery store, wine store, subway, laundry, nails, etc
Cons:
-Walls are VERY thin so noise travels easily/can hear your neighbors - Really small kitchens - Unpredictable water temps while showering - Trash situation is bad (trash goes in closet on each floor and recycling ends up in hallway
Advice to owner:
Find alternative to trash situation, upgrade kitchens, find better way to sound proof apartments
