Noisy, old, and dirty but cheap
Pros
Good location, near transportation E,F,M lines, bus is right around the corner, plenty of open stuff to do so don't stay inside too much!
Cons
Old and run down, super would not fix things and had to bug him multiple times, never met or seen the owner, the hand off was just last tenant and passing the keys, they don't clean before move out, lot's of garbage left, garbage is left out in the halls, very very noisy highway exit street, some roaches here and there, broken mailboxes, hot water was inconsistent, very hot or very cold
Advice to the owners
They won't care anyways, disbarred attorney for real estate fraud
