Cons:
To dispose of garbage the owner would ask you to put stinky garbage outside door on certain days. In the morning you could hear the super gathering all the buildings garbage. Not a great way to wake up, also very disgusting if you wanted to enter or exit while there stinky garbage bags covering the hallways. The landlord is a lawyer and will use this against you in any and all ways so be careful. In the 2 years that we lived there we had to deal with leaks that caused damage to our personal belongings and 4-5 months of not being able to open our windows (sealed off) because the property owner had to legally fix the facade of the building. I believe this was in spring/summer. Also created a layer of dust over everything that was impossible to get rid of.
