In serious need of renovation
Pros
4th floor unit had amazing porch and big living room. Great during COVID to have outdoor space. Large kitchen.
Cons
The unit was in dire need of renovation (which I believe they did after we moved out). The ceiling frequently leaked whenever it rained. The landlord kept promising they'd redo the roof, but it never happened while we were there. The exposed brick wall was crumbling, leaving the inside very grimy. There was also a mouse in the apartment that exterminator traps never caught.
Advice to the owners
Fix the roof for the next tenant
