You get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap, good neighborhood, mostly quiet, laundry in building
Cons:
The owner does not respond. There has been three problems - someone completely destroyed the laundry room, front door of the building was broken with blood everywhere and rats and the owner will respond and say he’s looking into it and never get back.
Advice to owner:
Answer your email

Avoid if you can
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable & nice neighbors
Cons:
Major trash problem, its everywhere and disgusting right when you walk in, they have no way of organizing it. MASSIVE rodent issue - there were mice everywhere in the courtyard, and in my apartment several times a month for an entire year. They did nothing to remediate the issue, they would just say I don't know where they are coming from and hand me traps. Laundry room is also very dirty, it's basically outside and I don't think it has ever been cleaned. The place is disgusting honestly and the most poorly kept building I've ever seen. Also, located at a very busy intersection, do not expect to sleep through the night.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your building and the trash/rodent issues.

Terrible place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Like nothing? Maybe the location
Cons:
Absolutely terrible management and maintenance that are extremely unresponsive and unhelpful in every circumstance. Paying way too much money for my problems to go unsolved.
Advice to owner:

Expect to be Ghosted
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, that's it
Cons:
Infested with mice, management doesn't reply to emails or phone calls, building issues take months to resolve if ever, the entrance smells like mouse feces, other tenants steal your packages, maintenance men will hit on you
