Great Spot, management awful
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful units, updated kitchens, and love the floors! Especially love that the walls arent white like most rentals! Also can barely hear neighbors.
Cons:
Edit: moved out 2 months ago and there was been 0 contact about my security deposit. Super and I both signed papers saying there was no damage so I should have it now. Will be taking Denise and whoever else to small claims if I don’t hear anything.
The windows are trash. So drafty and I can hear literally everything outside.
Advice to owner:
Please replace windows they suck so bad and give me my money back
