I lived here from 2012-2014. The live-in super was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive. The units were spacious and reasonably priced. Water pressure was awesome. Anytime an issue came up, it was fixed quickly. Pest control happened frequently.
Packages were sometimes delivered to the building across the street (for security purposes as that building had a doorman), but it made getting packages a little difficult
