No big concerns
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked that the building was managed by a property company that allowed us to pay rent electronically instead of mailing physical checks.
Cons:
The mail and packages in the lobby weren’t very secure and people sometimes stole things
Advice to owner:
Please have cameras in the lobby for package thieves.
