Nice building and great area but pest problem
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean building, in an accessable area of the city, units in the back of the buiding are quiet. Laundry in building and elevator is a plus.
Cons:
Cockroach problem. I lived on the first floor and encountered them frequently. Heat also never worked even though they replaced it right before I moved in. Had to get a space heater.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the pest problem.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very cheap rent. Access to lots of subway lines.
Cons:
POSSIBLE THEFT... was broken into around 2014/2015 with no forced entry. An expensive watch and brand new laptop were stolen. A few days later someone was also broken into with no forced entry. Charlie the super was NOT cooperative with police. They informed me that he sloppily leaves the tenants keys in an unlocked box. Also very noisy if you live in a street facing unit.
Advice to owner:
The female woman who answers the phone every time I call management is awful and mean in every way possible.
