Not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large living space, nice location
Cons:
Too many issues with the apartment and it never got repaired. Cockroaches even when the apartment was cleaned and sprayed. Elevator always broken. Heat doesn’t work properly in the winter. Paper thin walls.

Avoid at all costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
good lighting in bedroom
Cons:
- Trash lives in the middle of the building - Holes and cracks throughout the entire apartment - Constant roach issues in bathroom and kitchen as well as throughout the building - Laundry room is tiny, and constant bugs
Advice to owner:
Spend the money to update and renovate your apartments and take the time to improve the rodent/ trash situation

Ehhhh look elsewhere
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the bank and a few bars
Cons:
Too Close to the bridge People frequently urinate in the stairwell the elevator breaks down frequently tenant smoke in the building management refuses to do anything about the odor sometimes you can hear loud music being played gives me real flashbacks of the projects
Advice to owner:
Response when you get a phone call and don’t send them in circles with a game of I’m gunna transfer you to the wrong Extension On purpose and keep doing it
