Nice building, super sometimes hard to reach, but very few problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is clean, quiet, and nice. We had very few problems while we lived there.
They also recently put in a new laundry room with awesome machines!
Cons:
The super can be difficult to converse with sometimes. He would always answer the phone, and we had very few problems to begin with, but sometimes he would be difficult to work with.
We also saw mice a few times, but never caught anything.
Advice to owner:
The super used to have a cat which I think helped with mice, that was really the only major issue with our apartment

Who Do I Talk To?
Former Tenant
Pros:
Price and location
Cons:
Management company is impossible to reach and super will constantly deflect to them while doing nothing.
Advice to owner:
Get a better super and those giant frosted windows are a nuisance.

Not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Size of the unit was great
Cons:
Management and super are very hostile. Management is completely unresponsive to phone calls and emails, and super would come in unannounced to my apartment. Super would harass my guests when they would visit.
