Pros:
Building employees, upkeep, view. Price.
Cons:
Noisy. It’s close to the bridge

Pros:
Cheap, rent controlled, doormen are helpful. Things on the lobby are pretty clean.
Cons:
Neighbors are loud. Lots of parties and stuff.
