Small Space but good storage
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is a solid amount of storage for an apartment of this size (ours was a 2 bedroom with no living room, just a kitchen set up) but there is a large closet in the main room and both rooms have a 2 door and 3 door closet respectively. I was able to fit a queen bed, dresser, and full desk in my room. Very clean and updated, had laundry in unit and a dishwasher which was a huge plus. No issues at all with our neighbors. Neighborhood is safe and right downstairs is a trader joes. All in all a really solid apartment, just a small space.
Cons:
Loud (next to freeway onramp - earplugs needed to sleep). It's VERY hot, even in the winter. No living room.
Advice to owner:
I think all in all this is a great, solid spot in NYC. Double paned windows would really increase the value of the property I think!
