Pros:
Neighbors were nice.
Cons:
Mice.
Roaches.
Super never actually shows up.
Management is a billionaire trust fund, they are mean and unresponsive.
Advice to owner:
Do better.

Apartment lacks basic facilities

Friendly neeighbours, great location
Cons:
No sink in the house. The heater in the rooms are old and make noises when the steam goes up. There is banging sound every 2-3 hours. The super is very slow to respond
Advice to owner:
Remodel the kitchen and change the super

A lot of centipedes

Pros:
Nice that they have a exterminator that sprays common area but also knocks in your door if you would like a free spray in your unit
Cons:
Why is there so much house centipedes?? And another bug that is really tiny and looks like a black dot (no idea what they’re called).
