Responsive management but bad garbage

Pros

Management was always very responsive and prompt with issues with the apartment and service requests. No major pest issues. Utilities were not excessively expensive.

Cons

Packages are often stolen. The door code box didn’t work for a long time. The garbage is poorly managed. I’m not sure if that’s a tenant or a management issue, but it often got to be really gross and piled high with trash outside the bins.
