    Scammers and terrible neighbors

    Pros:
    Porter and morning doorman are very very good! Also basement kitty is so so sweet
    Cons:
    Loud always. Everywhere smells like weed. Roaches and mice not addressed. Neighbors are awful noise wise. Construction with no warning. No hot water with no warning. No laundry room with no warning. Property managers are unresponsive scum bags.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the roach issue - no paint or marble slab is going to cure that. And be less douchebags.

    Pros:
    The location is great, and the staff is wonderful. The units are super spacious and some have in-unit W/D
    Cons:
    Management isn’t great and are not accommodating with renewals

    The best place to live, with the best doormen, in the perfect location
    Cons:
    Cat lives in laundry room and you have to pay for laundry card

    upgrade laundry
