- We're in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and it's a bit on the pricy side - The unit we're in is a bit small - We're up for a lease renewal and they increased the rent by 8.8%
As good as it gets as a luxury building at midtown
Pros
Great accessibility across uptown and downtown, good building considering the older neighborhood, good rooftop views, in door washer dryer, friendly doormans.
Cons
it’s an older building and changed management last year - feels like amenities are outdated - thin windows that leaks air, noisy old PTAC units makes it hard to sleep during summer, and new management increase the rent for old tenants.
