Pros:
Wonderful super. Nice doormen. Clean basement.
Cons:
Noise facing street in the mornings on garbage day.
Advice to owner:
Don't let tenants put garbage with food in the basement.

Great neighborhood and building!

Doormen and porters are super nice, friendly neighbors
Cons:
Heat is a little hot in the winter
Advice to owner:
No advice, just a great building to live in. Only thing is they require 60x rent if you are two people, which is uncommon and we required a guarantor.
