Nice building overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
- The doormen are friendly. - No issues with noise from surrounding units. - It is nice to have two entrances (57th St and 58th St).
Cons:
- At one point, several laundry machines went down at once, although they were fixed shortly after.

Zero non-sense place
Former Tenant
Pros:
The room was clean. Never had any issues with the kitchen, and in general I had no issue. In general I do not have anything specific to complain about.
Cons:
Lot of short term rentals across the entire building. Lack of community. The area itself is safe but lacking in options, the only thing close to the building was a Duane Reade story, and some junk food vendors. Whole Foods is kind of close but it is a 10-minute trek, I very much value vicinity to grocery stores.
