Management Team is terrible

Pros:
Very close to the park and great apartment itself
Cons:
Super is combative (has yelled at me and told me not to call building owner over issues) and management rarely replies to issues. 6 months into covid they required mask wearing in common areas and when the pandemic started they put a note everywhere saying we were required to pay our rent in full regardless of situation. Lost heat and hot water in January with no update when it was going to be back. Never did any additional cleaning during covid.
Advice to owner:
Be more transparent with tenants on repairs and status. Get a new super who is responsive, does the work and doesn’t harass the tenants.
