Pros:
Great location near Central Park. Has an elevator. Back of the building is fairly quiet.
Cons:
Very old heating system; abnormally loud popping noise from heating system that disrupted sleep. Ceiling plaster fell in multiple times due to broken pipe of upstairs neighbor. Owner fixed ceiling both times. Regularly found dead cockroaches.

Gatsby Management is awful

Pretty townhouse and great location
Cons:
Elevator broke down regularly. I was stuck in it with my dog for two hours and the fire dept had to come. Management did not care. No live in super but they lie and say there is one. My rent went up $800 while I lived there so I had to move out. They wouldn’t give me back my security deposit. Horrible thieves.
Advice to owner:
Get a conscious. Treat women with respect.
