Beautiful apartment, amazing location

Pros:
The location of this building is amazing. The apartments are spacious and well kept. The building staff is great, they take amazing care of the residents.
Cons:
Persistent cockroach problems.
The insurance requirements are a joke, good luck having anything delivered.
Advice to owner:
“Clarifying” and “streamlining” the insurance requirements only highlights the absurdity of asking a dog walker to carry $5mm in commercial general liability insurance.

Please come up with a better system for tracking maintenance requests. I don’t want to nag Randy.
