Horrible Experience for All Tenants

Pros:
Great location. Some nice finishes. Washer/dryer in unit. Good space.
Cons:
Constant issues and the worst property management of all time - no hot water, no heat, persistent pests (COCKROACHES AND MICE ALL THE TIME), repairs that never got done, things constantly breaking, massive water leaks, completely negligent/offensive/useless property management. Every neighbor in this building was miserable and either broke their lease or didn’t renew. Someone moved in and moved out in 3 days. I would avoid this building and village views property management FULL STOP. Under no conditions can it be justified, unless you literally crave pain and wasting your money.
