Solid apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, high ceilings, full floor units, modern fixtures, landlord willing to negotiate on price
Cons:
Ceilings allow lots of noise through from neighbors, electric heat and A/C can make the electric bill quite expensive, management was not very responsive to multiple maintenance requests, some advertised elements of the apartment (ice tray in fridge, heated floors in bathrooms) did not work
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to tenants, especially on maintenance requests.
