Pros:
lively neighborhood, spacious or smart use of space, quiet building with offices included
Cons:
anal neighbor, covid cautious masks required in stairwell, angry landlord
Advice to owner:
allow higher noise occasionally, building requires vaccination because of offices so maybe relax on strict covid rules

Good Apartment, Quiet Area, Great Neighbors

Pros:
Neighborhood is quiet and safe to walk in at night. Morning traffic can be easily blocked off with the second layer of sliding windows. Landlord is responsive and quick to fix any issues (leaky faucet, clogged toilet, etc). Neighbors are very nice and considerate.
Cons:
Walk-up apartment. No designated space for deliveries. Small pest problem during the winter.
Advice to owner:
Keep it up!
