Would not recommend. Water main pipe burst in over Christmas
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is close to Central Park.
Cons:
The super and management do the bare min. No heating for 2 months; they gave me a space heater and expected me to pay the extra electric bill. Water pipe busted and flooded multiple units. Some had mold growing.
Advice to owner:
They need to be better and less of slumlord.

Once your are signed into a lease don’t expect much after
Former Tenant
Pros:

Cons:
Management doesn’t care or bother fixing anything.

12 Months of Mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location UES
Cons:
Mice in every unit. Management would “patch” holes only to return the next month to do the same thing. No accountability. Sad because building is in great location and some really great tenants. If you can live with mice twelve months on a one year lease, then the building won’t be so bad for you.
Advice to owner:
Gut all units and patch holes especially studio lines
