Rude Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is great, takes care of everything, very detail oriented and responsive. Building is clean, hardly any problems, a tiny bit loud since it’s on Lexington.
Cons:
The property managers and broker Adam... rude rude rude. Very difficult to deal with. But the building itself is very nice for the price but the property managers are all rude and miserable.
Advice to owner:
I basically moved out because I wanted to upgrade to a bigger apartment within the building and Adam (the broker) was so painful and impossible to deal with, I just got a 1 bedroom down the street.

Overall a good building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well maintained for a walk up; maintenance/the superintendent was always efficient and responsive; no pests that I know of. Overall, a great building, and the location is terrific.
Cons:
The super is really nice but he can be a bit particular. Also the trash rooms are really, really small, which means they get filled up/smelly very quickly, and there isn’t anywhere to put larger boxes etc. - a small thing, but sometimes an inconvenience.
