Pretty alright spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors keep to themselves Close to train
Cons:
Management is hard to get in touch with. They just sit and wait for the rent checks to come in the mail. No electronic payments
Advice to owner:
Be present! Allow electronic rent payments

It’s ultimately fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlord leaves you alone but does respond quickly to complaints
Cons:
Stairs are old and creaky and doors are super heavy. Heating is controlled by boiler room and on top floor it vacillates randomly (many instances where we were sweating in the winter). Lots of holes in walls, especially in kitchen (near outlet, under sinks) so there are mice. You get what you pay for though so i didn’t mind any of it
