Cold water no repairs

Pros:
Great location. Nice neighborhood.
Cons:
No repairs. No hot water. Knocking hole in bathroom and don’t repair.
Advice to owner:
Do repairs.

Good area , very central
Cons:
No clean , front door always broken , garbage on the floor , roaches , door stays open sometimes no secure specially now with all craziness in the street
Advice to owner:
Be on top of everything, we don’t see a handy man in the building

Great location. Reasonable rent.
Cons:
Very unresponsive property management. Does very little upkeep for the building. Dirty hallways, pests in some units, Units in need of repair.

Do better

Pros:
Location is good. Next to train stations and good grocery stores
Cons:
Owner is extremely unhelpful and unresponsive. Left window missing and heat broken in the middle of winter. Other tenants mentioned rat and roaches problem.
Advice to owner:
No one deserves to be tested with such careless and rude treatments. Care for your tenants.
