Unresponsive, hot, and loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
Incredible location, gorgeous renovations. Free Crunch membership for my first year and offered again for my second year (but I moved lol).
Cons:
The most unresponsive landlord I've ever had. The phone number for the management company goes to a receptionist who cannot answer your questions and refuses to put on anyone who can. Every time I have emailed I have had to wait a week+ for a response and follow up a million times.

The super does not live in the building and manages all of the company's properties, so it takes at least a week to get anything fixed. I had a ton of serious maintenance issues during my year here and management's response made me want to scream, cry, etc. Felt like all my calls, emails, and texts were being intentionally ignored.

Also, only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for the entire building, which is most certainly not enough.

Last but not least, the heat is way too high in the winter. Opening a window will subject you to the infuriating, unrelenting Queensboro Bridge traffic noise.
Advice to owner:
Get more supers. Have someone at the office who can actually address tenents' concerns when they call.
