Fantastic building, staff, and area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good sized 1 bedroom apartments. Staff are kind. Lots to do in the neighborhoud and close to transportation etc.
Cons:
Some of the neighbours have lived there forever and while the overwhelming majority of them are great, some might have a wee bit of an attitude.

Great building to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly doormen
Never had issues with elevator, trash or laundry room
Great location, very near the subway
Cons:
Even now you can’t get food delivered to your apartment, but the doorman usually puts it in the elevator and sends it up. But it would be nice if they just allowed delivery people in.

The management is not very responsive (akam)
