Nice and simple

Pros

Great neighbors and a very responsive super. It's a great location very close to Lex/59 St station that is very quiet in the rear units.

Cons

Only one laundry unit for the building. Owners are slow to respond about improvements and fixes that need authorization, like repainting and patching after a leak. Some issues with pests in the building, but not bad at all.
